Attorney Dianne M. O'Brien |
"I will prepare for you impeccable legal documents which will
help you and your family through times of uncertainty.
Whether there is a brief incapacitation or an untimely death, your input and guidance
is vital. If you choose to do nothing, others will step in to make important decisions which affect you and your family's future. Don't let that happen when it is so easily
avoided.
Please call me today to make sure your wishes are followed in the event of your death or incapacity."
Thank you,
Dianne M. O'Brien |

About Dianne M. O'Brien |
 |
Dianne
graduated from Tufts University in 1987 and went on to attend the University of
San Francisco School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor degree, Cum Laude,
in 1991, graduating in the top 10% of her class. She has been licensed to practice
law in Massachusetts since 1992.
Dianne served for over eight years as a Judge Advocate
General (JAG) officer in the United States Air Force, first in Washington, D.C.,
and then at Hanscom Air Force Base, in Massachusetts. During her tenure in the Air
Force, Dianne was responsible for the preparation of hundreds of wills and trusts for military personnel and their families. As such, she saw first-hand the peace
of mind that is realized when people know they have taken steps to care for their
family in their absence. Military members were “encouraged” to draft their wills
and trust documents because the benefits were all too evident. This brought clients
to her office who were sometimes reluctant to draft estate planning documents simply
because they envisioned a difficult process, filled with legal documents they didn’t
understand. Working with Dianne, they saw that the process, in fact, was not very
difficult and the documents didn’t have to be incomprehensible. These same clients
would later return to sign their documents, pleased with the results and confident
they had made the right choices for their families.
Dianne
is now excited to be
applying many effective estate planning techniques to her private practice, and
sees the same satisfaction and relief expressed by her current clients when they
sign their own estate documents. |
